The following are standard architectural services usually
provided under a full service fee. Unless you are well versed in
the construction process, it is usually advisable to utilize as
many of these services as feasibly possible. On smaller projects
many of these services may not apply. On proposals for
services we take into account numerous project specific
circumstances that help us tailor the services to your needs.
These services are enumerated in all of our proposals. We can
discuss these services and can add services or delete services
as requested. Deleting some services may have legal
ramifications. Please feel free to review proposals and
agreements with your legal counsel.

consideration, at the end of this section.
